Kaufman LLP is pleased to announce that Johanne Gagnon has been appointed a judge of the Court of Quebec. Johanne will sit in the civil division of the judicial district of Laval.

Johanne joined Kaufman 17 years ago. The firm is delighted for her, although on a daily basis we will miss her presence among us. Johanne has proven to be a passionate and creative litigator, and a consummate professional. She has demonstrated an exceptional dedication to her clients, to her partners and to all those who have worked alongside her. She will always remain a cherished friend. 

We have no doubt that her personal and professional qualities will enable her to excel as a judge.
